Since Spring has arrived, I have been looking for an open knit sweater, preferably short sleeves. I have been wish listing this Free People striped sweater since Shopbop’s Black Friday sale. Then Piperlime had a sale, but the sweater was not that much discounted. In comes Gilt.com, and this sweater was marked way down. Unfortunately, the knit is a lot thicker than I had expected. Even though it’s open knitted, I was burning up! So onward with my search. I ran across lovely open knit sweaters at Loft.com however, by the time a sale rolled around, those sweaters were long gone. I need to make time to go to a local Loft store, but I haven’t been able to make even the 20 minute trip.
