Florals are one of the hottest trends this Spring 2012. I immediately scoped in on these Current/Elliott Stiletto jeans with this floral print on it. I had a 20% off entire purchase from Piperlime.com so I had to get these jeans ASAP!

Top: J. Crew Small Checkered Button Down Shirt (here)
Bottom: Current/Elliott Stiletto Jeans in Red Rose (here)
Shoes: Ann Taylor Loft Strappy Heels (similar here)
Jewelry: Ann Taylor Lace Bib Necklace (similar here)
Handbag: Chanel Wallet On Chain in Dark Red (similar here by Rebecca Minkoff and at 1/10 of the price)

This is my first pair of Current/Elliot jeans. I was concerned about fit. In 7 of All Mankind, I wear a 29. In Citizens of Humanity, I wear a 28. In Current/Elliott, I purchased a size 28 and though it fit me, it was a bit roomy. Not only roomy at the waist, but all over!

I was confused because I thought it was from there Stiletto line. It should have been more form fitting. The inseam was great! The hem hit at my ankle. I do have to hem it up a bit when I’m wearing strappy heels as in these pictures. But when I tried these on with flats, I thought it was at the perfect length.

I am pretty undecided about these jeans. I love the print but the fit was less than what I desired. Did anyone find these jeans to be baggy? What of other Current/Elliott jeans?

I'm a mom of 2 girls. I struggled to lose the baby weight the second time around and by blogging my struggles helped me deal with a lot of the stress. During my struggles, I had random strangers ask me "How far along are you?" or "When are you due?" I was embarrassed. Most of the time I told them the truth, that I had given birth X months before. There were a couple of times I lied and said what they wanted to hear. When I was at a normal weight, I then struggled to find what clothes fit me. Everything about fashion went out the door and I had to re-learn what clothes and sizes fit my post pregnancy body the 2nd time around.

I love that print but I agree that it should be more form fitted. So weird that they call it stilletto because the name calls to mind a super skinny look. Loving how you paired it with lavender and that gorgeous necklace!

Thank you! I think it runs larger than normal from the reviews I have been reading. Such a shame because I love the floral print.

You should get a pair! You might have better luck than I did. These jeans are too loose for me. Hopefully other pairs by Current/Elliott will be better. I want to try the Ditzy print next.

You are lovely in the jeans but I agree that they might be a little loose…can you try and shrink them?

Hi Katherine! Thank you for your comment! These jeans are going back. For the price, I think it should fit better.
